Our Services
Drake Construction is a licensed general contractor (CSLB #881821) based in Huntington Beach. Since 2004 we have built and remodeled homes across Orange County — Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach — running each project from the first plans to the final walkthrough.
Total Remodels
Complete home transformations from the studs up, reimagining every detail of your living space. One general contractor for the whole remodel — layout, structure, systems and finishes.
New Construction
Ground-up custom homes crafted with precision, from concept through completion. We coordinate the architect, engineers and every trade on site.
Kitchen & Bath Remodels
Premium kitchen and bathroom renovations that elevate both form and function — cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing and lighting, built by one team.
Shower Remodeling
Custom shower designs with premium tile work and modern fixtures, from frameless glass enclosures to curbless walk-in showers.
Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry
Custom cabinetry designed and installed with meticulous attention to detail — for kitchens, baths, offices and built-ins throughout the home.
Room Additions
Bedrooms, bathrooms, casitas, and family rooms — expanding your home seamlessly, matched to the house you already have.
Tenant Improvements
Commercial buildouts for offices, medical, and dental facilities across Orange County — on time, on budget.
Project Management
Real-time scheduling, budgeting, and communication — powered by our own AI-native construction platform, built for the way Drake works.
We have the capabilities to do everything and anything to keep the job going and fill in for sub-contractors if needed.
Our Own Construction Management Platform
Every Drake project runs on a platform we built ourselves — with AI at its core, not bolted on afterwards. Faster schedules, automatic daily reports, and complete visibility for our clients from day one.
AI Daily Logs
The field crew sends photos from the job. AI writes the log. We review and publish.
Voice-Controlled Scheduling
Reschedule an entire project just by talking to it. A week’s worth of changes in seconds.
Live Client Portal
Clients see progress in real time, right when it happens. No email chains, no waiting.
Ownership, security, and a system that grows with us — not a subscription that limits us.
