One Ford Road
The project
Traditional residence in Newport Beach
A traditional-style residence at One Ford Road in Newport Beach by Drake Construction, licensed general contractor serving Orange County since 2004. Arched doorways, paneled millwork and a detailed staircase set the tone of the house. The kitchen pairs a large island with a professional range and built-in refrigeration, and the living spaces center on fireplaces framed by built-in shelving. Outside, a courtyard with a linear fire feature, lounge seating and a built-in grill.
